Buy Online, Pickup In Store

Step 1: Choose your item(s) and select your preferred pickup time during checkout.

Step 2: We'll send you an email confirming your order.

Step 3: At the end of your journey through "THE INFINITE" event, pick up your order by showing your confirmation email to the Infinite Shop clerk.


Where do I pick up my item(s)?
Your item(s) can be picked up from the Infinite Shop located at Arsenal Contemporary Art Montreal, 2020 William St, H3J 1R8, Montreal, QuebecHave your order confirmation ready for the Shop clerk.

When can I pick up my item(s)?
Your item(s) can be picked up at the pickup time selected online at checkout. Please match your pickup time to your scheduled time for the event "THE INFINITE." We recommend that you pick up your order at the end of your immersive experience, as we don't have a coatroom for you to store your personal effects.

Where do I pay for my order?
Payment will be collected online at checkout, prior to placing your pickup order. No payment will be collected in person at the Infinite Shop unless you choose to purchase additional items. Please note that we only accept payment by Interac debit or credit card on-site.

Can I change my pickup time?
If, for any reason, you need to pick up your order before or after your scheduled time for the event "THE INFINITE," please make sure to contact us 48 hours in advance at boutique@phi.ca to verify if your package is ready and on-site. If you visit us before contacting us, outside of your scheduled event time, we will try our best to respond to your new pickup time. However, due to the flow of other customer orders, your package may not be ready. In that case, you will have to schedule a new pickup time with our Shop clerk. 

Can I have someone else pick up my order?
Yes, someone else can pick up your order for you. Please send an email 48 hours in advance to boutique@phi.ca to advise us of your designated pickup person's first and last name. They will need to show a piece of government-issued ID and the confirmation order email to the Shop clerk when they arrive. Please note that if you do not let us know in advance that someone else will be picking up the order for you, our Shop clerk reserves the right to refuse to release the order to someone whose name is not on the order confirmation.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If you can’t make your pickup time, please send an email to boutique@phi.ca to choose another date and time. Orders cannot be cancelled. 

How do I return my purchased item(s)?
All sales are final. Please see our Pickup & Return Policy for more details.

Can I pickup an order if I don't have a ticket to "THE INFINITE?"
Yes, please see the immersive experience attendant at the front desk. They will arrange to have you escorted directly to the Infinite Shop for your pickup.
